We do not have an exchange policy. To keep the process simple just return the items that you do not need (see policy below) and place a new order online for the replacements.
Returns are very easy to handle. The Return Policy can be found at the top and bottom of every page of the website or at:

The customer is responsible for return shipping charges. You are free to use whichever shipping method you prefer but we suggest shipping in a trackable manner such as UPS, FedEx, or US Postal Service with delivery confirmation.
All returns must include a copy of the packing slip or confirmation e-mail
All returns are subject to the following conditions:
Returns must be in their original (unopened) packaging within 30 days of receipt.
Shipping is not refunded.
All orders which received complementary shipping (orders over $75) are subject to have shipping deducted from the return credit if the return brings the ordered total below $75.
Damaged items will only be replaced with identical items.
Credit will be issued to the original form of payment within 30 days of receipt of return.
