We do not take phone orders for 2 reasons. The first is for security purposes. We do not have access to credit card numbers and issue all charges and refunds to the order number via our secure processor, Authourize.net. We feel the less people that know your card number the better.
The second reason is for accuracy purposes. Names can be confusing but pictures say a thousand words. When you place the order online, you have the opportunity to see exactly what is added to your cart and have the ability to review your order with both description and visual references before finalizing the order. |

| Gfi, rockers, decoras are all the same plates. In an effort to standardize electrical codes, many applications and mechanisms use a rocker plate. Many dimmers, gfi's, phone, cable and outlets use rocker plates. |

Not all items are going to come in every configuration. You have several options:
1. On the home page search for the plate you need by configuration. Start with the most unusual plate. Chances are if that is available the basic toggles and outlets will be availble as well.
2 Change your mechanism. If you need a rocker - toggle - rocker plate. Change the toggle to a rocker mechanism and use a 3 rocker plate.
3. Custom plates. We do have the ability to make several custom plates in a variety of styles. You wont find the cast decorative styles but you will find over 30 styles up to 5 gangs wide. |

| Most order ship in 1-3 days from Louisville, KY or Dallas, TX. Most orders ship via priority mail which is a 2 day mailing. Do allow 5-12 business days for all shipments though as tranist delays, if occurred, are out of our control. |
